North Cairo Criminal Court ruled in his presence acquitted former President Hosni Mubarak in the case of exporting gas to Israel, and is not permissible to consider the criminal case against him in the case of the killing of protesters on 25 revolution in January.
Former President Hosni Mubarak has attended in a wheelchair and after sentence hearing Alaa Mubarak was seen kissing the forehead of his father.
Mubarak and al-Adly and other six aides have been tried in a case accusing them of inciting the agreement and help to kill protesters during the January 25, also tried Mubarak and his two sons Alaa and Gamal and businessman Hussein Salem, on the exploitation of presidential power and the export of Egyptian gas to Israel in very low prices.

North Cairo Criminal Court ruled ,and in the presence of former President of Egypt Hosni Mubarak for the charge against him of killing demonstrators on January 25th to inadmissibility of the proceedings.
Sentence hearing began in Egypt on the of former President Hosni Mubarak and his Interior Minister Habib al-Adli in the previous issue of killing the demonstrators on 25, Jan, 2011.
North Cairo Criminal Court ruled in his presence acquitted former President Hosni Mubarak in the case of exporting gas to Israel, and is not permissible to consider the criminal case against him in the case of the killing of protesters on 25 revolution in January.
Regarding the issue of Sharm el-Sheikh Villas, Court has ruled upon the expiry of criminal proceedings against Mubarak and his two sons Alaa and Gamal, who were accused of taking gifts from Hussein Salem.
Security forces have stepped up their presence in front of the headquarters of the police academy compound #V after the court's decision. The formation of the separation barrier between Mubarak supporters and families of the martyrs of January 25, to prevent clashes between them.
